Ingredients

  • 1-2 cup ham, diced fully cooked
  • 1 package frozen hash browns
  • 1 - green bell peppers chopped
  • 1 tablespoon instant chopped onion
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup bisquick
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 - eggs

How To Make breakfast bake

  • Step 1
    Mix ham, potatoes,pepper. onion and 1 cup cheese. spread in greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Stir milk, Bisquick, salt and eggs until blended. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
  • Step 3
    Heat oven to 375. Uncover and bake 30-35 minutes or until light golden brown around edges and cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  • Step 4
