- 1-2 cup ham, diced fully cooked
- 1 package frozen hash browns
- 1 - green bell peppers chopped
- 1 tablespoon instant chopped onion
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup bisquick
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 - eggs
How To Make breakfast bake

Step 1Mix ham, potatoes,pepper. onion and 1 cup cheese. spread in greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.

Step 2Stir milk, Bisquick, salt and eggs until blended. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours but no longer than 24 hours.

Step 3Heat oven to 375. Uncover and bake 30-35 minutes or until light golden brown around edges and cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
