How to Make Breakfast Bake


  1. Mix ham, potatoes,pepper. onion and 1 cup cheese. spread in greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
  2. Stir milk, Bisquick, salt and eggs until blended. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
  3. Heat oven to 375. Uncover and bake 30-35 minutes or until light golden brown around edges and cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  4. calories=435 per serving. diet exchange: 3 starch, 4 vegetable, 2 fat
