ham, diced fully cooked
1 pkg
frozen hash browns

green bell peppers chopped
1 Tbsp
instant chopped onion

cheddar cheese, shredded
2 1/2 c
milk

bisquick
1/2 tsp

How to Make Breakfast Bake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix ham, potatoes,pepper. onion and 1 cup cheese. spread in greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
  • 2Stir milk, Bisquick, salt and eggs until blended. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
  • 3Heat oven to 375. Uncover and bake 30-35 minutes or until light golden brown around edges and cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  • 4calories=435 per serving. diet exchange: 3 starch, 4 vegetable, 2 fat
