Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon each baking powder and baking soda
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 4 teaspoons melted butter
- - zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup walnuts chopped
- STREUSEL TOPPING
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons butter cut into chunks

How To Make blueberry pancake bake

Step 1Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and salt together. Add the eggs buttermilk, milk, melted butter and lemon zest and juice. Mix well. Pour into sprayed 9x13 pan.

Step 2Top evenly with blueberries. Sprinkle the walnuts over the blueberries.

Step 3Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix the dry streusel ingredients together. Cut in the butter with a fork or your fingers. Sprinkle over top of pancake. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve with or without syrup.
