whole wheat bread,cut into 1" pieces
fresh blueberries (not frozen)
grated orange peel

Preheat oven to 350.
Coat 8" square baking dish with cooking spray.
Combine bread and blueberries in prepared baking dish.
Whisk milk and sugar in medium bowl until sugar is dissolved.
Whisk in eggs , egg whites, orange peel,and vanilla.
Pour over bread mixture;toss to coat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Bake 40-45 minutes or until top of bread is browned and center is almost set.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
