6 slicewhole wheat bread,cut into 1" pieces
1 cfresh blueberries (not frozen)
4 largeegg whites
1 Tbspgrated orange peel
How to Make Blueberry-Orange French Toast Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350.
Coat 8" square baking dish with cooking spray.
Combine bread and blueberries in prepared baking dish.
- Whisk milk and sugar in medium bowl until sugar is dissolved.
Whisk in eggs , egg whites, orange peel,and vanilla.
Pour over bread mixture;toss to coat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
- Bake 40-45 minutes or until top of bread is browned and center is almost set.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
