Ingredients
- - 1 pkg center cut bacon
- 2 cups milk
- 8 - large eggs
- 1/4 cup french’s mustard
- 1/4 cup faith’s blend (onlyherbsandspices.com)
- 1 - pkg shredded colby jack cheese
- 1 - bag of frozen hashbrowns
- - butter flavored pam cooking spray
- - garlic olive oil
How To Make best ever breakfast casserole

Step 1Spray 9x13 baking dish with Pam cooking spray. In large frying pan, cover bottom of pan with Garlic Olive Oil and cut bacon into small pieces. Fry bacon until really crispy. Drain and set aside.

Step 2Cover bottom of baking dish with ½ bag frozen hashbrowns. Spread shredded cheese atop hashbrowns. Place bacon atop cheese.

Step 3In large bowl, scramble eggs, milk, Faith’s blend and mustard together. Pour egg mixture over bacon and cover dish with tinfoil. Place in refrigerator overnight. ******NOTE****** Other ingredients you may add to your egg mixture that are awesome as well: Trinity bell pepper mix (green, red and yellow peppers) Jalapenos Green onions Rotelle tomatoes (drained)

Step 4In the morning, preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake casserole for one hour or until top turns golden brown. ENJOY!
