I modified a PC party recipe and kind of made it our own but it sure is good.

Ingredients

  • 12 - large eggs
  • 3 cups shredded cheese
  • 12 - hash brown potato patties, frozen (or 1 pkg frozen hash browns)
  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 package sliced ham
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • - sour cream
  • - green onions
  • - tomatoes
  • - salsa

How To Make bar pan breakfast

  • Step 1
    Pre-Heat over to 425
  • Step 2
    spary a shallow baking dish or a deep cookie sheet with non-stick spray, and make a single layer of hash browns (I found the patties have a better flavor in the end but do NOT use tator tots)
  • Step 3
    bake for 15-20 minutes until golden
  • Step 4
    mix eggs, salt, pepper and cream cheese until well blended then mix in ham
  • Step 5
    remove potatoes from oven, add 1/2 the cheese and bake 5 minutes or until melted
  • Step 6
    remove potatoes and cheese from oven and cover evenly with egg and ham mixture, return to oven and bake 30-40 minutes or until middle is set and eggs are done.
  • Step 7
    serve with remaining cheese, chopped tomatoes, onions, sour cream and salsa or whatever you prefer
