I modified a PC party recipe and kind of made it our own but it sure is good.

Ingredients
- 12 - large eggs
- 3 cups shredded cheese
- 12 - hash brown potato patties, frozen (or 1 pkg frozen hash browns)
- 1 package 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 package sliced ham
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- - sour cream
- - green onions
- - tomatoes
- - salsa
How To Make bar pan breakfast

Step 1Pre-Heat over to 425

Step 2spary a shallow baking dish or a deep cookie sheet with non-stick spray, and make a single layer of hash browns (I found the patties have a better flavor in the end but do NOT use tator tots)

Step 3bake for 15-20 minutes until golden

Step 4mix eggs, salt, pepper and cream cheese until well blended then mix in ham

Step 5remove potatoes from oven, add 1/2 the cheese and bake 5 minutes or until melted

Step 6remove potatoes and cheese from oven and cover evenly with egg and ham mixture, return to oven and bake 30-40 minutes or until middle is set and eggs are done.

Step 7serve with remaining cheese, chopped tomatoes, onions, sour cream and salsa or whatever you prefer
