How to Make Bar Pan Breakfast

Step-by-Step

  1. Pre-Heat over to 425
  2. spary a shallow baking dish or a deep cookie sheet with non-stick spray, and make a single layer of hash browns (I found the patties have a better flavor in the end but do NOT use tator tots)
  3. bake for 15-20 minutes until golden
  4. mix eggs, salt, pepper and cream cheese until well blended then mix in ham
  5. remove potatoes from oven, add 1/2 the cheese and bake 5 minutes or until melted
  6. remove potatoes and cheese from oven and cover evenly with egg and ham mixture, return to oven and bake 30-40 minutes or until middle is set and eggs are done.
  7. serve with remaining cheese, chopped tomatoes, onions, sour cream and salsa or whatever you prefer
