  • 2 c
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    margarine, melted
  • 1 c
    cream, or evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    prepared mustard
  • 12
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c
    cooked ham, diced

How to Make Baked eggs, cheese and ham casserole


  1. Spread cheese in bottom of a 9x13" pan, pour margarine over cheese. Add ham.
  2. Mix cream, salt, pepper and mustard. Pour half mixture over the cheese and ham. Add eggs and pour rest of cream over the top.
  3. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
