  • 12 slice
    cinnamon bread
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 8 large
    eggs
  • 3 3/4 c
    milk, whole
  • 11/2 c
    whipping cream
  • 41/2 tsp
    pure vanilla
  • 1 c
    sugar

How to Make BAKED CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST

Step-by-Step

  1. PLACE 6 SLICES OF BREAD ON THE BOTTOM OF A GREASED 9X13 BAKING DISH. BUTTER REMAINING BREAD, PLACE BUTTERED BREAD SIDE ATOP BREAD ALREADY IN PAN.
  2. IN A MIXING BOWL, BEAT EGGS, THEN ADD MILK,CREAM,SUGAR,AND VANILLA. MIX WELL. POUR OVER BREAD AND LET STAND FROM 15MINUTES TO OVERNIGHT.
  3. PLACE A DISH IN A LARGE BAKING PAN CONTAINING 1/2 TO I INCH OF BOILING WATER. BAKE UNCOVERED AT 375 DEGREES FOR 40 MINUTES, OR UNTIL A KNIFE INSERTED INTO CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN. LET STAND 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
