  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 8 large eggs
  • 3 3/4 cups milk, whole
  • 11/2 cups whipping cream
  • 41/2 teaspoons pure vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar

How To Make baked cinnamon french toast

  • Step 1
    PLACE 6 SLICES OF BREAD ON THE BOTTOM OF A GREASED 9X13 BAKING DISH. BUTTER REMAINING BREAD, PLACE BUTTERED BREAD SIDE ATOP BREAD ALREADY IN PAN.
  • Step 2
    IN A MIXING BOWL, BEAT EGGS, THEN ADD MILK,CREAM,SUGAR,AND VANILLA. MIX WELL. POUR OVER BREAD AND LET STAND FROM 15MINUTES TO OVERNIGHT.
  • Step 3
    PLACE A DISH IN A LARGE BAKING PAN CONTAINING 1/2 TO I INCH OF BOILING WATER. BAKE UNCOVERED AT 375 DEGREES FOR 40 MINUTES, OR UNTIL A KNIFE INSERTED INTO CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN. LET STAND 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
