- bagel sliced in half
- 1 Tbsp
- butter or good quality margarine
- fresh ground pepper, sea salt to taste

- canola oil for use in bowl under bagel
How to Make Bagel Breakfast
- 1slice bagel and butter, place in microwave safe bowl with canola oil smeared inside.
- 2chunk up cheese slice and arrange on buttered bagel.
- 3crack one large egg over bagel and cheese, break yolk. Salt and pepper to taste.
- 4Microwave approximately 1 minute on high, let rest for one minute and serve in same bowl.
