- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 cups sharp shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 cups garlic and onion croutons
- 18 - slices tomato

Step 1Cook and brown sausage and drain. Lay in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Beat eggs, milk, add salt then stir in cheese. Pour over sausage and sprinkle with croutons. Bake 45-50 minutes at 325 degrees or until knife comes out clean. Top with tomato slices.
