just saw this on the back of the pkg of bacon...will try later

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated butermilk biscuits
  • 1 tablespoon butter/marg
  • 6 - eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 ounces cream cheese cubed
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked

How To Make bacon n eggs pie

  • Step 1
    heat oven to 325
  • Step 2
    seperate biscuits, place on bottom and up sides of a 9" pie plate; press together to form crust. bake 12 mins or untill lightly browned
  • Step 3
    meanwhile melt butter in large nonstick skillet on med heat. whisk eggs, milk, and seasoning until well blended; pour into skillet, cook 5 mins. or untileggs begin to set, stirring occasionally. add cream cheese, cook 3 mins or until cream sheese is melted and eggs are set, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 4
    spoon egg mixture into crust, top with bacon.
