6 slicebacon
-
8 largeeggs

1 smallcan rotel, drained

1 cgrated cheese, your favorite

·non stick spray oil
How to Make Bacon & eggs to go
- If using bacon that shrinks, you will need to figure about 1 1/2 slices each instead of one. So 9 would be enough. Place bacon on baking sheet and bake 375° for approx. 20-25 min. Keep an eye on it, you want to remove it before it is completely cooked so you can "bend" it.
- Crack eggs into med bowl, whisk well, add salt and pepper is desired. Add DRAINED rotel and cheese and mix together well.
