My hubby loves this for breakfast, I make it on Sunday evenings and he can eat it the rest of the week!

Ingredients
- 5 large egg
- 1 3/4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup milk, low-fat
- 3 slices bacon, cooked, chopped into bits
How To Make bacon, egg and cheese quiche

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees

Step 2Grease 1 pie pan

Step 3Mix together eggs, bacon and milk until eggs are thoroughly beaten. Add salt and peper to taste (optional)

Step 4Cover bottom of pan with cheese (approximately 1/2 of total amount needed)

Step 5Pour egg mixture over cheese

Step 6Cover egg mixture with remainder of cheese

Step 7Bake at 375 until fluffy and slightly brown on top

Step 8Cut as you would a pie and serve! This is a great dish to make on a Sunday night and have for breakfast the rest of the week.
