Ingredients

5 largeegg
-
1 3/4 ccheddar cheese, shredded
-
1/2 cmilk, low-fat
-
3 slicebacon, cooked, chopped into bits
How to Make Bacon, Egg and Cheese Quiche
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
- Grease 1 pie pan
- Mix together eggs, bacon and milk until eggs are thoroughly beaten. Add salt and peper to taste (optional)
- Cover bottom of pan with cheese (approximately 1/2 of total amount needed)
- Pour egg mixture over cheese
- Cover egg mixture with remainder of cheese
- Bake at 375 until fluffy and slightly brown on top
- Cut as you would a pie and serve! This is a great dish to make on a Sunday night and have for breakfast the rest of the week.
