My hubby loves this for breakfast, I make it on Sunday evenings and he can eat it the rest of the week!

Ingredients

  • 5 large egg
  • 1 3/4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup milk, low-fat
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked, chopped into bits

How To Make bacon, egg and cheese quiche

  • Step 1
    Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
  • Step 2
    Grease 1 pie pan
  • Step 3
    Mix together eggs, bacon and milk until eggs are thoroughly beaten. Add salt and peper to taste (optional)
  • Step 4
    Cover bottom of pan with cheese (approximately 1/2 of total amount needed)
  • Step 5
    Pour egg mixture over cheese
  • Step 6
    Cover egg mixture with remainder of cheese
  • Step 7
    Bake at 375 until fluffy and slightly brown on top
  • Step 8
    Cut as you would a pie and serve! This is a great dish to make on a Sunday night and have for breakfast the rest of the week.
