My hubby loves this for breakfast, I make it on Sunday evenings and he can eat it the rest of the week!

  • 5 large
    egg
  • 1 3/4 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    milk, low-fat
  • 3 slice
    bacon, cooked, chopped into bits

How to Make Bacon, Egg and Cheese Quiche

Step-by-Step

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Grease 1 pie pan
  3. Mix together eggs, bacon and milk until eggs are thoroughly beaten. Add salt and peper to taste (optional)
  4. Cover bottom of pan with cheese (approximately 1/2 of total amount needed)
  5. Pour egg mixture over cheese
  6. Cover egg mixture with remainder of cheese
  7. Bake at 375 until fluffy and slightly brown on top
  8. Cut as you would a pie and serve! This is a great dish to make on a Sunday night and have for breakfast the rest of the week.
