  • 1 large
    frozen deep dish pie crust
  • 4 large
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
    cooked bacon pieces
  • 1 c
    cooked sausage
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp

How to Make Bacon and Sausage Quiche


  1. Preheat oven to 350. Let pie crust stand at room temp.
    (NOTE: I have also used the mini pie shells to make individual quiches)
  2. Wisk eggs and milk together. Add in bacon, sausage, pepper and cheeses and mix together. Pour into shell and bake for 45 - 50 minutes
  3. Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes
