Ingredients

  • 1 large frozen deep dish pie crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cooked bacon pieces
  • 1 cup cooked sausage
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How To Make bacon and sausage quiche

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Let pie crust stand at room temp. (NOTE: I have also used the mini pie shells to make individual quiches)
  • Step 2
    Wisk eggs and milk together. Add in bacon, sausage, pepper and cheeses and mix together. Pour into shell and bake for 45 - 50 minutes
  • Step 3
    Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes
