Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups unseasoned croutons
- 2 cups onion/garlic croutons
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 cups milk
- 6 tablespoons eggs
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 10 slices bacon
How To Make bacon and egg casserole

Step 1Cook bacon crisply and crumble.

Step 2Coat a 9x12x2 cassrole dish with vegetable spray.

Step 3Place croutons in casserole and pour butter over them.

Step 4Sprinkle grated cheese over all.

Step 5Mix milk, eggs and mustard and pour over cheese.

Step 6Sprinkle bacon crumbs over all.

Step 7Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

Step 8Allow casserole to stand for 15 minutes.
