Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups unseasoned croutons
  • 2 cups onion/garlic croutons
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 cups milk
  • 6 tablespoons eggs
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 10 slices bacon

How To Make bacon and egg casserole

  • Step 1
    Cook bacon crisply and crumble.
  • Step 2
    Coat a 9x12x2 cassrole dish with vegetable spray.
  • Step 3
    Place croutons in casserole and pour butter over them.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle grated cheese over all.
  • Step 5
    Mix milk, eggs and mustard and pour over cheese.
  • Step 6
    Sprinkle bacon crumbs over all.
  • Step 7
    Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • Step 8
    Allow casserole to stand for 15 minutes.
