butter, melted
2 c
unseasoned croutons
2 c
onion/garlic croutons
2 c
cheddar cheese, grated
2 c
milk
6 Tbsp
eggs
1 Tbsp
prepared mustard
10 slice
bacon

How to Make Bacon and Egg Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook bacon crisply and crumble.
  • 2Coat a 9x12x2 cassrole dish with vegetable spray.
  • 3Place croutons in casserole and pour butter over them.
  • 4Sprinkle grated cheese over all.
  • 5Mix milk, eggs and mustard and pour over cheese.
  • 6Sprinkle bacon crumbs over all.
  • 7Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • 8Allow casserole to stand for 15 minutes.
