- 32 ounces frozen southern style hash brown potatoes
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- - salt & pepper to taste
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1 to 11/2 cups grated sharp cheese
How To Make babette's hash brown casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix all ingredients except 8 oz shredded cheese. Top with the shredded cheese. Bake for 1 hour uncovered.
