6 slicebread

1/4 csoft butter
-
2 1/2 cgrated cheddar or american cheese

3eggs, slightly beaten

2 1/2 cmilk
-
1 tspsalt

1/4 tspdry mustard
How to Make B&B Breakfast Casserole
- Spread bread with butter, quarter each slice.
- Cover bottom of greased casserole with bread slices. Layer cheese then bread in layers until all is used.
- Pour mixture of milk, eggs and seasonings over bread and cheese.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes. May be made ahead and refrigerated before cooking. Crumbled, cooked bacon could be added over top before baking.
