Blue Ribbon Recipe

We love puff pancakes in the Test Kitchen and really loved them with Lilli's addition of apples, raisins, and nuts. It brings this pancake to another level. Nuts added a crunchy texture that complemented the sweet and tart apples and raisins. Make this deliciously easy recipe for your next breakfast or brunch and impress your family.
