  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 - small red pepper
  • 4 - eggs
  • 3/4 cup evaporated fat free milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

How To Make vegetable quiches

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375 Layer tortilla's in baking dish sprinkle with cheese
  • Step 2
    In a small cook the broccoli and peppers in bowling water until crisp tender. drain well and layer on top of the cheese
