How To Make vegetable quiches

1Preheat oven to 375 Layer tortilla's in baking dish sprinkle with cheese

2In a small cook the broccoli and peppers in bowling water until crisp tender. drain well and layer on top of the cheese

3In a small bowl, combine the eggs, milk and spices until well mixed. Pour egg mixture over the broccoli Bake for 25-30 minutes until puffed and a knife inserted comes out clean.
