    cheddar, swiss, or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c
    broccoli florets
  • 1/2
    small red pepper
  • 4
  • 3/4 c
    evaporated fat free milk
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp

How to Make Vegetable Quiches


  1. Preheat oven to 375
    Layer tortilla's in baking dish
    sprinkle with cheese
  2. In a small cook the broccoli and peppers in bowling water until crisp tender.
    drain well and layer on top of the cheese
  3. In a small bowl, combine the eggs, milk and spices until well mixed.
    Pour egg mixture over the broccoli
    Bake for 25-30 minutes until puffed and a knife inserted comes out clean.
