3whole wheat bread
2 ozcheddar, swiss, or mozzarella cheese
1 cbroccoli florets
1/2small red pepper
3/4 cevaporated fat free milk

- Preheat oven to 375
Layer tortilla's in baking dish
sprinkle with cheese
- In a small cook the broccoli and peppers in bowling water until crisp tender.
drain well and layer on top of the cheese
- In a small bowl, combine the eggs, milk and spices until well mixed.
Pour egg mixture over the broccoli
Bake for 25-30 minutes until puffed and a knife inserted comes out clean.
