How to Make Sausage and Egg Casserole
- 1Day One:
Brown sausage, leaving it in nice size chunks (do not break it up).
Drain well and refrigerate.
- 2Beat remaining ingredients (except bread) until light, and fluffy.
Stir in bread : cover and chill overnight.
- 3Day Two:
(If left overnight, remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking).
Preheat oven to 350 F
Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan or casserole dish.
Put in sausage, pour egg and bread mixture over sausage
Bake 45 to 60 minutes.
