Had all these leftovers in the refrigerator made a nice hash with eggs and toast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup left over baked potato(chopped)
  • 1/4 cup left over bacon(chopped)
  • 1/4 cup left over pork chop(chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons onion(diced)
  • 3 cups mushrooms(sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mexican blend shredded cheese

How To Make refrigerator hash

  • Step 1
    Put oil in large sauté pan add mushrooms and garlic salt cook till mushrooms start to brown about 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Add all the rest of the ingredients cook till warmed through.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle cheese on top and let melt, serve with over easy eggs and toast.
