I found this recipe at recipelion.com/...Quiche-Lorraine-3, but because it had an identical title to another Quiche Lorraine recipe I had previously posted, it wouldn't let me pinch it with the browser app, so I have transcribed it here.

scallions with tops, chopped

onion salt

half and half
1/4 tsp
ground nutmeg

How to Make Quiche Lorraine

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • 2Brown bacon lightly. Drain excess grease and add scallions. Cook until golden brown, cool slightly.
  • 3Combine eggs, onion salt, cheese, and bacon mixture; add cream and blend well.
  • 4Pour into pie shell, sprinkle with nutmeg, and bake at 375 for 30 - 35 minutes.
