Queech (Quiche)

Dennis Purin

I made this for my wife and she loved it and took it to work and now co-workers are asking me to make it for their parties. The title "queech" came from me mispronouncing quiche so now that is how it is called in my house and my wife's work.

Finally crack the eggs into the batter and then mix until the yoke is well blended. Pour into your baking dish. If you like add some more cheddar cheese on top just before putting in to oven.
