queech (quiche)
I made this for my wife and she loved it and took it to work and now co-workers are asking me to make it for their parties. The title "queech" came from me mispronouncing quiche so now that is how it is called in my house and my wife's work.

Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 - green onions, chopped
- 1 cup your favorite breakfast meat
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 slices large mushrooms (optional)
How To Make queech (quiche)
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a 10 inch pie pan or a 8x11 baking dish.
-
Step 2I a large bowl mix together baking mix, cheeses, meats, onions and mushrooms. Now add milk and mix a little. Add butter ( I sometimes melt it a lot easer to mix). Finally crack the eggs into the batter and then mix until the yoke is well blended. Pour into your baking dish. If you like add some more cheddar cheese on top just before putting in to oven. Same with your favorite meats (bacon bits etc.)
-
Step 3Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes until eggs are set and the top is a golden brown.
