Ingredients
- 6 slices bread, trimmed & cubed
- 1 pound sausage, cooked & drained (optional- add ham or bacon)
- 1/4 cup green peppers, cooked (opional)
- 1/4 cup chopped onions, cooked (optional)
- 1 cup chedder cheese , sheddd
- 2 cups milk
- 6 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make overnight breakfast casserole

Step 1Layer in order- Bread, sausage, green pepper, onions and cheese into a (9 x 13) baking dish.

Step 2Beat together milk, eggs, salt & pepper. Pour over layered ingredients in dish.

Step 3Cover over night and refrigerate.

Step 4Bake at 350 uncovered for 35 minutes. Enjoy. . .
