Ingredients

  • 6 slices bread, trimmed & cubed
  • 1 pound sausage, cooked & drained (optional- add ham or bacon)
  • 1/4 cup green peppers, cooked (opional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions, cooked (optional)
  • 1 cup chedder cheese , sheddd
  • 2 cups milk
  • 6 - eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How To Make overnight breakfast casserole

  • Step 1
    Layer in order- Bread, sausage, green pepper, onions and cheese into a (9 x 13) baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Beat together milk, eggs, salt & pepper. Pour over layered ingredients in dish.
  • Step 3
    Cover over night and refrigerate.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350 uncovered for 35 minutes. Enjoy. . .
