We love breakfast bowls. They're versatile and a hearty breakfast everyone loves. Country-style potatoes are the base for this bowl. Pan-fried until crispy and golden brown, they have diced onions and Anaheim peppers for a little spice. Buttery scrambled eggs, creamy country sausage gravy, and shredded cheese round out the bowl. While easy to make, this takes a little time to prepare the ingredients. So, this is a great Saturday or Sunday morning breakfast idea.

Ingredients
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 large potatoes, diced small
- 1 large Anaheim pepper, sliced small
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 6 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- dash paprika, to taste
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package country gravy mix (2.64 oz)
- water, per country gravy mix directions
How To Make one dish country breakfast scramble

Step 1Brown sausage in a large skillet. Remove the sausage and most of the fat. Set the skillet aside to cook your eggs in later.

Step 2In a large skillet, heat the olive oil. When the oil is hot, combine potatoes with Anaheim pepper and onions. Spread evenly across the bottom of the skillet.

Step 3Stir and cook potatoes until they are brown.

Step 4While the potatoes are cooking, whisk the eggs, milk, and melted butter.

Step 5Cook the egg in the skillet that the sausage was cooked in. Stir often and cook until the eggs are fluffy. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper, to taste.

Step 6Gently stir the eggs into the potatoes.

Step 7Gently stir in the cheese and cover while making the gravy.

Step 8Prepare the gravy according to the package directions.

Step 9Stir in the sausage.

Step 10Spoon the potato and scrambled egg mixture onto a plate. Top with the sausage gravy. Serve hot.
