- 8 slices white bread, crusts removed
- 2 packages 4oz. each, shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1 pound bacon, fried, crumbled
- 1 - dozen eggs
- 2 cups milk
How To Make night before breakfast casserole

Step 1Butter both sides of the bread, and place in the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 inch pan.

Step 2Sprinkle the cheese over the bread, then the bacon;

Step 3In a blender mix the 12 eggs, with the 2 cups milk, add salt and pepper if you wish...

Step 4Pour the egg mixture over the cheese, bacon and bread; Cover the pan with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350* for 1 hour... Enjoy!
