So handy to make this the night before, so in the morning when your groggy, all you have to do is put it in the oven to bake!

Ingredients For night before breakfast casserole

  • 8 slice
    white bread, crusts removed
  • 2 pkg
    4oz. each, shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb
    bacon, fried, crumbled
  • 1
    dozen eggs
  • 2 c
    milk

How To Make night before breakfast casserole

    Butter both sides of the bread, and place in the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 inch pan.

    Sprinkle the cheese over the bread, then the bacon;

    In a blender mix the 12 eggs, with the 2 cups milk, add salt and pepper if you wish...

    Pour the egg mixture over the cheese, bacon and bread; Cover the pan with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350* for 1 hour... Enjoy!
