1Cook penne noodles, drain and rinse with cold water.
Saute mushrooms set aside to cook.
2Beat eggs add milk, italian seasoning, garlic,sour cream and cheeses.
Combine noodles chicken and mushrooms and mix with egg mixture.
3Remove thawed phyllo and cover with a damp cloth. Using a large deep dish pie plate,brush the plate with melted butter. Place 1 sheet in pie plate,brush with butter,place 2nd sheet on top,brush with butter,place 3rd sheet,brush with butter. Fill pastry high with filling.
4Place 1st sheet on top, brush with butter, place 2nd sheet on brush with butter, place 3rd sheet on. start folding over on top and brushing the entire top with butter.
5Bake at 325 for 40-50 min. until golden brown.
Let sit 20 min before cutting.
