Ingredients For low carb breakfast bake

12 ozbacon
-
1 lbpork sausage
-
1/2 cdiced, onions
-
1/2 cdiced, green peppers

12eggs
-
1 cheavy cream
-
1 - 4 ozcan mushrooms, drained

1 - 8 ozshredded, cheddar cheese

salt & pepper to taste
How To Make low carb breakfast bake

1Brown the bacon, sausage, onions, mushrooms and peppers; drain.

2In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add cream and salt and pepper, to taste.

3In a greased 9x13 inch pan, spread the meat mixture. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.

4Top with cheddar cheese. Cover and chill overnight.

5Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes, until golden brown and a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. NOTE: If not chilled, bake only 40-45 minutes.
