Ingredients
- 12 ounces bacon
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1/2 cup diced, onions
- 1/2 cup diced, green peppers
- 12 - eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 - 4 ounces can mushrooms, drained
- 1 - 8 ounces shredded, cheddar cheese
- - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make low carb breakfast bake

Step 1Brown the bacon, sausage, onions, mushrooms and peppers; drain.

Step 2In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add cream and salt and pepper, to taste.

Step 3In a greased 9x13 inch pan, spread the meat mixture. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.

Step 4Top with cheddar cheese. Cover and chill overnight.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes, until golden brown and a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. NOTE: If not chilled, bake only 40-45 minutes.
