I threw this yummy dish together one snowy morning when I was working from home. You can add or delete to your taste but, I found this to be pretty zippy and satisfying.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed hash browns slightly thawed
- 1 can medium ro-tel (or hot or mild)
- 1 can cream of chicken condensed soup
- 6 - eggs scrambled
- 1 tube breakfast sausage - i like bob evans or jimmy dean
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - chili seasoning to taste
- - sour cream
- - mexican blend shredded cheese
How To Make kristi's ranchero breakfast

Step 1Cook and drain the sausage, leaving a little reserve grease. Cook the eggs in the reserve grease Mix Rotel, hash browns, sausage and eggs in a large bowl. Add pepper and Chili 9000 seasoning to taste Pour into baking dish Add cheese to the top Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until the top is bubbly and slightly browned Add a dollup of sour cream to taste Enjoy!
