easy ham and cheese quiche
I got this recipe from my mom, not sure where she found it. I have been making it for my husband, who loves this for dinner and devours any leftovers for breakfast. I recently sent an extra pan of this quiche to his construction buddies at work and I received so many compliments that my husband said a couple of them wanted to steal me away from him, ha!

How To Make easy ham and cheese quiche
-
Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees.
-
Step 2Grease a 12x8 inch baking dish. I use a glass pyrex one.
-
Step 3Place ham, cheese, onion and green pepper in the bottom of the prepared pan.
-
Step 4In medium bowl, combine pancake mix, salt, pepper, milk and eggs; blend for 3 minutes on medium speed.
-
Step 5Pour over ham mixture.
-
Step 6Sprinkle bread crumbs over egg mixture or crushed corn flakes. I have made it both ways and prefer the bread crumbs.
-
Step 7Drizzle melted butter over bread crumbs.
-
Step 8Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately. I usually serve this with rolls and a fresh salad.
