Substituent: Sausage for Bacon
20 ozhash brown potatoes, frozen
8 slicebacon, cooked
8 ozcheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tspsalt and pepper
How to Make Crockpot Breakfast
- Lightly grease your slow cooker with cooking spray. Add half of the hash browns.
- Layer in 1/2 of the bacon, cheese, and onions. (Set aside some bacon and onions for garish.) Repeat with second layer.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Slowly pour over top. Cook until eggs are set, approximately 2-3 hours on high, or 4-5 hours on low.
- Sprinkle remaining bacon and onion on top and serve immediately.
