country gravy and biscuit breakfast casserole

I needed a breakfast casserole to take for our church brunch today and found this on the Internet. I received several complements and requests for the recipe. This will be the only breakfast casserole I make in the future. I thought it was delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 can pillsbury grand biscuits
- 1 pound sausage (your preference); i prefer jimmy dean
- 6 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 package pioneer brand peppered gravy mix
- - salt and pepper
How To Make country gravy and biscuit breakfast casserole

Step 1Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with vegetable spray. Tear biscuits into 1" pieces and spread over pan. Cook sausage and drain. Sprinkle over the biscuits.

Step 2Sprinkle shredded cheese over sausage. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over cheese.

Step 3Prepare gravy according to instructions on package. Pour this over the entire casserole.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes; make sure biscuits are done. ENJOY!!!
