1 lbbulk pork sausage cooked and drained
1 1/2 csliced fresh mushrooms (4 oz)
8medium green onions sliced (1/2 cup)
2medium tomatoes chopped (1 1/2 cup)
2 cshredded mozzarella cheese (8oz)
1 1/4 coriginal bisquick mix
1 1/2 tspsalt
1 1/2 tspchopped fresh oregano leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
How to Make Cheesy Sausage & Egg Bake
- Heat oven 350 F. Grease rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches. Layer sausage, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and cheese in the dish.
- Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over cheese.
- Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and set.
- Kitchen Tip: Wake up to a healthy breakfast! Use turkey sausage instead of pork and reduced-fat mozzarella cheese. Serve with fresh spinch salad and fresh fruit.
