This is a wonderfully, tasty recipe to use up that left over ham! My troops love it! Serve it up with a veggies if you like and you will have one scrumptious dinner.

26 ounce ~ hashbrowns - thawed
minced dried onions
to taste - i don't use a lot, because of the ham
1/2 - 1 tsp
shredded, cheddar cheese ~ divided
cooked ham ~ cubed
1 - 14.75 can
cream of chicken soup
parsley for garnish
How To Make
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Set aside.
If hash browns aren't thawed, I place in a large bowl and defrost in microwave for a few minutes.
Place all ingredients, except for 1 cup of the cheese in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Spread evenly into prepared dish.
Sprinkle with remaining cup of cheese. I then sprinkle with some dried parsley.
Bake for roughly 1 hour or until potatoes are completely cooked and cheese is bubbly and golden.
