How to Make Breakfast Sausage Casserole
- Cook sausage until done. Drain and set aside.
- Beat eggs, half & half, salt, mustard, and pepper in bowl.
- Slice French bread 1/2 - 3/4 " thick.
Line greased 9" x 13" baking pan with sliced bread.
- Layer sausage on top of bread, then cheese.
- Pour egg mixture over these ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerator overnight.
- Uncover and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes, or until set and knife comes out clean.
