Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 medium eggs
- 10 slices 1 inch thick french bread cut into cubes
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
How To Make blueberry french toast bake

Step 1Preheat oven 400 degrees. Generously grease a 9x13 pan.

Step 2Beat flour, milk, sugar, vanilla, salt, and eggs in a large bowl. Stir in the bread cubes until well coated.Pour the bread mixture into prepared pan.

Step 3Top evenly with blueberries, cream cheese, and nuts. Bake uncover for 20 to 25 min. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. Serve with syrup.
