This is an easy breakfast casserole. Mixing pieces of bacon into the casserole gives it a yummy, savory bacon flavor throughout. Eggs and cheese bind the fluffy casserole. We sliced it and served it as a biscuit square. It's delicious! We happened to have a bit of maple syrup in the fridge. We decided to dip a bite of the casserole into the syrup... oh it was good.

Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated biscuits
- 1 pound bacon, cooked
- 1 small onion, diced, saute until soft
- 5 - eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
How To Make bacon biscuit breakfast bake

Step 1Cook bacon until crispy.

Step 2When crispy, saute onions in bacon grease until clear.

Step 3Mix eggs and milk. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to your taste.

Step 4Cut biscuits into fourths.

Step 5Place in egg mixture and mix.

Step 6Add bacon, onion, and cheese to bowl and mix.

Step 7Dump all into a 9x13 baking dish.

Step 8Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
