One of my old time anf favorite forever recipes from my old time favorite and forever friend. The 3 x 5 card is so old it is hardly legible!

Ingredients
- 12 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 - sausages cooked and cut
- 8 slices bread, cubed
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can mushrooms, fresh or canned
How To Make audrey's breakfast casserole

Step 1Mix eggs, salt, milk, mustard, soup with milk. Layer bread, sausage, cheese, and egg mixture. Refrigerate overnite (also freezes well). Bake at 350 for 45 minutes in your favorite casserole dish, loaf pan.
