amy's breakfast pizza
Back when I was young we used to get frozen, personal breakfast pizzas from the shwan frozen food company, this dish is kind of inspired by those pizzas we used to get, but with homemade crust and fresh ingredients, it is so much better! My family loves this dish for weekend breakfasts. It is a fun and unique dish to make for Sunday brunch or even dinner if you're in the mood for breakfast in the evening!
