INGREDIENTS
Take a page out of Goldilocks’ book and ditch that boring old porridge – replace the breakfast staple with quinoa instead!
Yield: 2 servings
Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup dry quinoa, rinsed
1 cup unsweetened almond or soy milk, plus more for serving
1 cup water
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon
handful of crushed walnuts
handful of dried or fresh berries (cranberries, raisins, blueberries, etc)
