INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium chopped onion (1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
2 cans (4.5 oz each) Old El Paso™ green chiles
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chicken stock (from 32-oz carton)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups refrigerated shredded hash-brown potatoes (from 20-oz bag)
1/2 lb bulk chorizo sausage
1 small chopped onion (1/4 cup)
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 package Old El Paso™ Taco Boats™ soft flour tortillas
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
Hot sauce, if desired
