    eggs
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    oil
  • 2 c
    grated zucchini
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 3 tsp
    cinnamon

How To Make zucchini bread, badonna reese

  • 1
    Oven to 350 degrees. Cream eggs and sugar. Add oil slowly and beat well. Add zucchini and dry ingredients. Mix well. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
