Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups zucchini, grated and peeled
- 1 cup oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 1/2 cup walnuts
How To Make zucchini bread

Step 1Beat eggs until frothy.

Step 2Add sugar, zucchini, oil, and vanilla. Mix well.

Step 3Add dry ingredients. Mix well.

Step 4Divide batter into 2 loaf pans that are greased and floured.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
