Ingredients
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 - eggs, slighlty beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups grated raw zucchini peeled and deseeded
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup walnuts
How To Make zucchini bread

Step 1Combine oil, eggs, sugar, zucchini, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Blend well.

Step 2Stir in flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Do not beat. Stir in nuts.

Step 3Spoon in batter in floured and greased pan loaf. Bake at 325* for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
