This is my grandma's recipe that came from one of her friends who lives in the country

Ingredients For zucchini bread

1 cvegetable oil

3eggs, slighlty beaten

2 csugar

2 cgrated raw zucchini peeled and deseeded

2 tspvanilla

3 call purpose flour
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1/4 tspbaking powder
-
1 tspsalt
-
3 tspground cinnamon
-
1 cwalnuts
How To Make zucchini bread

1Combine oil, eggs, sugar, zucchini, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Blend well.

2Stir in flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Do not beat. Stir in nuts.

3Spoon in batter in floured and greased pan loaf. Bake at 325* for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
