This is my grandma's recipe that came from one of her friends who lives in the country

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 - eggs, slighlty beaten
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups grated raw zucchini peeled and deseeded
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup walnuts

How To Make zucchini bread

  • Step 1
    Combine oil, eggs, sugar, zucchini, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Blend well.
  • Step 2
    Stir in flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Do not beat. Stir in nuts.
  • Step 3
    Spoon in batter in floured and greased pan loaf. Bake at 325* for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
