Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 - large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups shredded zucchini
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
How To Make zucchini bread

Step 1Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.

Step 2Combine sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. stir well. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Stir in zucchini and nuts.

Step 3Spoon batter into 2 lightly greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 loaf pans.

Step 4Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire rack for 10 minutes; remove from pans and cool completelu on wire racks.
