Makes 2 loaves
Ingredients
- - 3 cups flour
- - 1 tsp. baking powder
- - 1 tsp. baking soda
- - 1 tsp. salt
- - 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- - 1 cup brown sugar
- - 1 cup white sugar
- - 1 cup vegetable oil
- - 2 cups grated zucchini
- - 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- - 3 eggs
- - 1 cup chopped nuts (optional )
How To Make zucchini bread

Step 1Whisk your dry ingr. together, and set aside.

Step 2Beat your 3 eggs together until frothy.

Step 3Stir in your sugars, oil, grated zucchini, and your vanilla extract.

Step 4Combine your dry ingr., stir into zucchini mixture until well mixed.Add in your walnuts or pecans (optional )

Step 5Heat oven to 325 degr.

Step 6Pour into 2 well greased loaf pans
