    3 cups flour
  • ·
    1 tsp. baking powder
  • ·
    1 tsp. baking soda
  • ·
    1 tsp. salt
  • ·
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • ·
    1 cup brown sugar
  • ·
    1 cup white sugar
  • ·
    1 cup vegetable oil
  • ·
    2 cups grated zucchini
  • ·
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ·
    3 eggs
  • ·
    1 cup chopped nuts (optional )

How to Make Zucchini Bread


  1. Whisk your dry ingr. together, and set aside.
  2. Beat your 3 eggs together until frothy.
  3. Stir in your sugars, oil, grated zucchini, and your vanilla extract.
  4. Combine your dry ingr., stir into zucchini mixture until well mixed.Add in your walnuts or pecans (optional )
  5. Heat oven to 325 degr.
  6. Pour into 2 well greased loaf pans
