Ingredients

  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 3 large
    eggs
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 c
    grated zucchini
  • 3 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 3 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder

How to Make Zucchini Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix sugar, eggs and vegetable oil together.
  2. Slowly add in the rest of the ingredients, one at a time.
  3. Grease and flour bread pans. I use a napkin and just rub a thin layer of butter on all sides and bottom of pan, then sprinkle flour around to cover the pans.
  4. Bake at 350F for 1 hour. (2 loaves)
