1/4 tspbaking soda

1 tspsoda

3eggs, well beaten

1 coil

1/4 tspvanilla

2 czucchini, grated
How to Make Zucchini Bread
- With electric mixer, combine first seven ingredients.
- Then add eggs, oil, vanilla and zucchini.
- Mix well.
- Divide mixture into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 325 for approximately 1 hour or until toothpick inserted at center comes out clean.
- Cool on rack.
- Can be frozen if required.
