Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups plain flour,
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 can small crushed pineapples
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons cinniman
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup nuts, mash up
- 2 cups shredded zuichini
How To Make zucchini bread

Step 1grease or pam 2- 8x5 loaf pans. in a bowl beat together sugar, oil and vanilla until combined. beat in eggs 1 at a time. stir in flour mixture several times with zucchini. bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. don"t over bake.

Step 2topping icing: boil, 1 stick of butter,1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 tsp vanilla. let bread cool, before you pour it over it.
