all the members of our church likes this. when i make it and take it to our monthly fellowship suppers. because it tastes good.

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups plain flour,
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 can small crushed pineapples
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinniman
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup nuts, mash up
  • 2 cups shredded zuichini

How To Make zucchini bread

  • Step 1
    grease or pam 2- 8x5 loaf pans. in a bowl beat together sugar, oil and vanilla until combined. beat in eggs 1 at a time. stir in flour mixture several times with zucchini. bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. don"t over bake.
  • Step 2
    topping icing: boil, 1 stick of butter,1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 tsp vanilla. let bread cool, before you pour it over it.
