This recipe was given to me by a woman I worked with. She said it was the best one she had ever found. It is indeed the best one I have ever found. Everyone loves this bread and it freezes well, too. I sometimes use pecans and sometimes I use walnuts.

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 3 - eggs, beaten slightly
- 1 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup raisins
How To Make zucchini bread

Step 1Measure all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix together.

Step 2Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans (or three disposable foil pans) and bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
