  • 2 tsp
    double strength vanilla extract
  • 3cups
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 cup

How to Make Zucchini Bread


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.Grease and flour two 8.5 x 4.5 loaf pans.
  2. In a larg mixing bowl beat the eggs well. Add the oil, sugar, grated zucchini and Vanilla. Cream together.
  3. In a separate bowl,sift the flour,baking powder, salt and cinnamon.Add to the creamed mixture and beat until well blended.
  4. Fold in the nuts.Bake at 325 for one hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
